Before you shortlist

How to evaluate crm platforms

Map the player journey and data events that the CRM needs, then identify which product owns segmentation, decisions and message delivery. Core platforms and optional platform modules can cover different portions of that workflow.

Use a common lifecycle scenario to test event freshness, exclusions, consent, frequency rules and handoffs. For measurement, request control groups and a definition of incremental impact. Keep customer statements and supplier case studies separate from results demonstrated on your own player population.

07

Experimentation

How can campaigns be measured against control groups?

Buyer questions, answered

Are all CRM listings complete standalone platforms?

No. The directory includes core platforms and clearly identified modules, such as a tool attached to an operator platform.

Is real-time messaging enough to prove real-time CRM?

No. Check when source events arrive, audiences update and exclusions take effect throughout the workflow.

How should retention claims be assessed?

Agree a controlled measurement design, eligibility rules and success criteria for your own operation.
