Before you shortlist

How to evaluate gamification

List the mechanics you need and the products they can cover: tournaments, missions, levels and reward wheels are not interchangeable. Compare whether the offer depends on a CRM platform, a particular studio’s content or another operational system.

Test eligibility, prize logic, cost limits and excluded-player handling before assessing visual options. Specify ownership of widgets and reward fulfilment, and confirm how progress and results are recorded. Engagement activity alone should not be presented as proven incremental business value.
