About Gamban

Gamban supplies software that blocks access to gambling websites and applications on the devices where it is installed. Current institutional material describes partner distribution, training and an activation portal, while published operator material documents sponsored licences and signposting. This is a device access barrier offered to end users, with a B2B distribution job for operators, regulators and support organisations.

The current July 2026 EULA explains that blocking is not treatment for addiction and depends on compatible devices, required permissions and continuing updates. It can complement self-exclusion, but does not operate an operator registry, monitor a PAM’s player risk or block bank transactions. Agree licence access, activation, support and privacy responsibilities for a sponsored rollout. End-user/download totals are not counted as institutional customers or commercial footprint.

Buyer questions, answered

Can an organisation arrange access for users?

Yes. Current partner material describes distribution, training/account management and activation visibility. Published operator material documents complimentary licences bought by gambling providers; agree the current institutional terms.

Source
Is Gamban a treatment or operator self-exclusion registry?

No. The current EULA describes device website/app blocking and explicitly says it does not cure addiction. It can be layered with other support and self-exclusion measures.

What determines whether it works on a device?

The EULA requires a compatible operating system, relevant mobile permissions/system settings and updates. Some devices may not be compatible, and VPN/proxy use can reduce effectiveness or stability.
