Ask the supplier to separate three starting points: a person asks a question, a saved question runs again, or the agent chooses a topic itself. Request a walkthrough beginning before a finding exists. Identify any prompts, rules, schedules or preselected metrics used behind the scenes. A convincing notification is insufficient if the only work performed was checking a fixed threshold.

Use a bounded evaluation dataset with a known change and plausible alternative explanations. Request the metric definition, comparison period, population and supporting breakdowns behind one finding. Check whether a falling total reflects conversion, volume, mix, a late feed or an intentional definition change. Ask the supplier to show uncertainty and missing coverage instead of making a confident causal claim from correlation.

Assign an owner for reviewing each accepted finding, including an escalation path when its subject is outside that person's responsibility.
