About DECTA

DECTA supplies acquiring, card processing and other payment infrastructure through its group companies. The current Payment Acquiring product explicitly includes Licensed Gaming among the merchant and PSP sectors it serves, subject to appropriate EU or UK licences and Mastercard/Visa rules. Its technical documentation also describes an Online Gaming Payouts card-credit scenario.

Treat merchant approval, integration and the enabled transaction flows as separate checks. DECTA asks for ownership and director evidence, applicable licences and processing history during onboarding. Establish the contracting entity, permitted player markets, accepted methods, payout restrictions and settlement schedule in the proposal. A supported transaction type describes technical processing capability; it does not grant a gambling licence or make every merchant, card or jurisdiction eligible.

Buyer questions, answered

Does DECTA state that it serves licensed gaming businesses?

Yes. Its current acquiring FAQ lists Licensed Gaming and ties that scope to appropriate EU/UK licences and Mastercard/Visa requirements. The onboarding and contract determine acceptance for a specific operator.

What does the Online Gaming Payouts scenario establish?

DECTA HUB documents a credit-operation scenario for Visa and Mastercard gambling payouts. It excludes recurring-payment functionality and airline-addendum details; it is technical documentation, not a merchant or jurisdiction approval.

Can the acquiring product receive ordinary IBAN transfers?

The acquiring FAQ says it does not provide IBAN-transfer receipt in this offer and focuses on card processing. Confirm any separately offered bank-payment method instead of treating the acquiring service as a business account.
