About Daon

Daon’s current regulated-age use case explicitly serves online gambling and iGaming, naming xProof and TrustX as employed products. xProof validates identity documents and compares them with a live face capture. TrustX is the hosted SaaS orchestration layer that configures verification, authentication and recovery workflows around a shared user identity.

The operator must define the age threshold, acceptable evidence and review process for each permitted market. Daon supports document extraction, biometric checks and regional workflow configuration, but document-country coverage is not evidence of customer operations or gambling permission. Decisions about player access, ongoing account eligibility and regulatory obligations remain with the operator and its advisers.
