Socure RiskOS

An identity and fraud decisioning platform combining configured data checks, workflow rules, testing and case investigation.

The offering

What Socure RiskOS does

RiskOS orchestrates Socure products and selected external data through a common API. Teams can build identity and risk workflows, use hosted customer flows and write rules with historical context. Analyst tools expose scores, reason codes, labels, activity timelines and linked entities. Backtesting and shadow mode help assess a proposed strategy before applying it to live decisions.

Choose the player events and contracted checks first. Reproduce the same onboarding, account-change and investigation examples across proposed strategies, including missing data and conflicting results. Confirm where the output is enforced in your account or payments system and how analysts override an exception. Socure’s Launch and Enterprise delivery options are ways to procure RiskOS; the selected datasets and policy define the actual scope.

Who should explore it?

Gaming teams consolidating identity checks and fraud policy into testable, explainable decision workflows.

  • Apply a configured identity and fraud policy at onboarding
  • Investigate a player-account exception using linked evidence
  • Compare a rule change against historical activity before deployment

Buyer questions, answered

Can we assess a rule change before live use?

RiskOS describes historical backtesting and shadow mode for evaluating alternative strategies without immediately applying them to current decisions.

Source
Can analysts see why a case was flagged?

The investigation workspace includes scores, reason codes, labels, timelines and entity links; the platform also describes model explanations. Validate the evidence available for each contracted check.
