Its licence includes a full source-code copy, back-office reporting and supplier support from setup to production. Pre-integrated content can be enabled after the buyer obtains its own provider commercial agreement.
Separate the technology licence from the content contracts. Review the supported wallet and operator interfaces, then test game activation, round reconciliation and report outputs. Decide who adds providers, maintains your software copy and resolves an incident. Scope cloud infrastructure and managed hosting separately, and retain the commercial and market conditions for every enabled provider.
