Operator Backoffice

Operational reporting and investigation of game, player and transaction activity within Hub88.

The offering

What Operator Backoffice does

Operator Backoffice combines performance reporting with the ability to inspect individual activity. Teams can move from an aggregate dashboard to player and round details, with filters and saved segments helping organise investigations.

During a demonstration, use the same reporting period in the financial dashboard and transaction export. Ask how currency conversion, cancelled rounds and late settlements affect totals. Confirm data retention and which staff can access personal data. The presence of activity flags does not establish a validated fraud or churn prediction model.
