Before you shortlist
Start with the player-pool model. A standalone room requires the operator to build its own liquidity; a network skin shares tables under network rules. Compare cash-game availability and tournament arrangements for the intended audience.
Define ownership of player accounts, payments, tournament operations and fair-play investigations. Establish how bots, collusion and disputes are handled, and which customer channels are delivered. Licensing, territorial access and segregation of player funds require a separate assessment for the actual deployment.
