How to evaluate live casino studio services

Define the production environment before comparing suppliers. A custom studio, branded tables in an existing studio and streaming from an operating casino floor have different physical, technical and staffing requirements. Specify games, table scope, venue access, brand guidelines, cameras/equipment, dealer responsibilities and ongoing operations.

Review the supplier’s actual design, construction, installation and streaming deliverables. Agree camera layout, patron privacy requirements where relevant, equipment ownership, network dependencies, monitoring and incident responsibilities. Uniforms, lobby graphics and chroma-key presentation may be options within the project rather than separate services.

Set acceptance criteria for the environment, video delivery, table operation and platform connection, with an agreed project schedule. Content licences, operator approvals and territory permissions should be identified separately from construction work. Compare setup, equipment, staffing, table commitments, ongoing production/support charges and scope-change terms.

No. Imagine Live’s current offer includes in-house design and construction, décor/functionality and staff uniforms, alongside lobby presentation.

Can an existing casino table be streamed online?

RELiGA’s current Hybrid Real Live Casino service describes on-site camera/equipment installation using existing venue tables and dealers, with equipment potentially hosted in the venue’s IT room.

Are dealer and stream operations automatically included in every project?

Scope varies. RELiGA lists dealer, NOC and live-stream delivery among its custom-studio capabilities. The contract should specify actual staffing and ongoing operational responsibilities.
