IGMS

Instant-ticket programme management for product setup, warehousing, distribution, stock tracking and validation.

The offering

What IGMS does

IGMS manages scratch-ticket operations from product configuration through inventory, retailer ordering, fulfilment and validation. Its documented workflows include multi-pack and single-ticket distribution, barcode controls, returns and reconciliation. It is a ticket-management system rather than an eInstant content catalogue.

Follow a sample pack through receipt, warehouse movement, retailer activation, return and prize validation. Reconcile ticket and financial states with the central system. Agree exception handling for damaged stock, duplicate scans and reissued packs, together with permissions and the evidence retained for each state change.
